Kate Middleton has been credited with bringing in over a billion pounds to the British industry which has led to many dubbing it the 'Kate Effect', but now it appears Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall may have her own golden touch.
Earlier this week, the royal dazzled as she arrived at the investiture ceremony of King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands showing off a fresh-faced glow.
The 65-year-old's sparkling complexion is reportedly down to Camilla treating herself to bee venon facials, and now sales of the product are flying off the shelves.
Skin Chemists reported that pre-sales of their new Bee Venom Facial Serum hit 3,100 after Camilla's beauty treatment was revealed.
The beauty brand, favoured by model Jourdan Dunn and One Direction's Liam Payne's girlfriend Danielle Peazer, also reported a huge increase in people searching for the term 'bee venom' on the internet.
The Bee Venom Serum contains plant extracts such as watercress, stinging nettles and horsetail, which help to revitalise the skin and smooth out the appearance of fine lines.
Camilla's personal favourite is said to be 'Heaven', an organic serum given to her by skincare expert Deborah Mitchell.
The Duchess of Cornwall finds herself in good company as bee venom facials are favoured by singers Jennifer Lopez and Kylie Minogue.
Camilla has also reportedly been advising the Duchess of Cambridge on her complexion and has recommended the bee venom facial for the mum-to-be.
