The pretty blonde had a monumental night that saw her walk away with four trophies, including the prestigious entertainer of the year award.
That incredible feat marks her as the youngest-ever winner of the CMA's biggest honour. And it was not lost on the popular 19-year-old, who was overcome with emotion as she took to the stage in Nashville.
Calling her band to join her, Taylor sobbed as she accepted the award, telling the audience: "I will never forget this moment because in this moment everything I have ever wanted has just happened to me."
The You Belong With Me singer – romantically linked to Valentine's Day co-star and Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner - also went home with the album of the year award for her smash studio record Fearless, and was named female vocalist of the year.
And her music video for single Love Story was judged the best of the year.
If that wasn't enough, she also gave a winning performance at the start of the ceremony with a impassioned rendition of Forever and Always.
Taylor's success tops an incredible year for the young songwriter, who famously won a statuette at the MTV Awards in September. Luckily this time, no-one stole her thunder.
Other winners on the night included one of the show's hosts, Brad Paisley, who fronted the event with American Idol's Carrie Underwood – one of the nominees Taylor pipped to the post for the female vocalist honour.
Brad was named best male vocalist for the third year running.
