She's the Israeli model who replaced Gisele Bundchen in Leonardo DiCaprio's affections. But to date Bar Refaeli has remained adamant that wedding a Hollywood star is not on her list of priorities. "The truth is I don't believe in marriage," she told an Italian magazine in early 2007. "A couple doesn't need a contract."
Born June 4, 1985, Bar Refaeli was raised on a horse ranch in the Israeli countryside. From an early age it was apparent her face was to be her fortune and she started modelling at the age of 11. By 15 the leggy, blue-eyed blonde was being photographed for national fashion catalogue Castro
and swimwear label Pilpel.
In 2000 she earned the title Model of the Year in a beauty contest in her homeland, going on to win it again the following year. She was chosen as the face of the Renaur fashion line and was soon being featured in French magazine Elle

star Leonardo in 2006.
They caused chaos in March 2007 when the actor flew to Israel to join Bar who had previously been married for two years to Arik Weinstein and enjoyed a relationship with singer David Charvet - and meet her family. The local press, delighted a local girl had snagged an A-list star, descended in droves on her parents' home in an upscale Tel Aviv suburb. Speculation was rife that Leonardo had proposed, and even that she was expecting his baby, but the pair quickly shot down rumours.
Perhaps inspired by her famous boyfriend, the catwalk star has set her sights on the film world, too, and has already signed up for her first production - 2008 psychological suspense thriller Session
