Victoria and Albert: the art of love

Last year, Emily Blunt and Rupert Friend brought Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's romance to the silver screen in The Young Victoria.

And now that same romance is being honoured in a new exhibition at The Royal Collection opening on March 19.

Victoria & Albert: Art & Love celebrates the couple's relationship and mutual love of art through more than 400 artefacts, ranging from a portrait Victoria commissioned for her husband's 24th birthday to the sheet music of a song Albert composed for her before their marriage.
