Caring couple make surprise visit to fire-ravaged town

by The caring Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a surprise visit on Wednesday to a town almost entirely reduced to ashes by forest fires two months ago.

The royal couple flew into Slave Lake in Northern Alberta on a government Challenger jet, where they were met by a small line of dignitaries.

They went on to meet families affected by the fires and offered kind words of comfort.
