Paris Fashion Week was abuzz with rumours of an exciting new collaboration.
And now, Italian fashion house Gucci has confirmed to French Elle that stylish Monegasque sweetheart Charlotte Casiraghi will be the new face of their label.
The newly-single royal already has good pedigree and credentials.
As the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, and the grand-daughter of Grace Kelly, Charlotte has an innate sense of style.
Professionally, she has also been working towards the collaboration for a number of years.
The keen horsewoman regularly competes in the Gucci Masters show jumping competition, and wears riding gear designed exclusively for her by the label.
The brand's creative director Frida Giannini in the past admitted that the 25-year-old was one of her personal fashion icons, saying: "She is the modern royal whose effortless elegance defies contemporary style".
Charlotte replaces True Blood actress Evan Rachel Wood in the role.
