As they celebrate one year of married life no one is prouder of Charlene Wittstock, now Her Serene Highness the Princess of Monaco, than her husband, Prince Albert.
"We are really happy and feel like it (the marriage) happened yesterday," Albert said as the couple prepared to celebrate at the weekend.

"I am very proud of what my wife has accomplished this past year, creating her foundation dedicated to children and sport, and being so involved in her new role in Monaco.
"She is fulfilling a difficult mission in a perfect way, and I thank her for that," he told Brazilian magazine Epoca.
Certainly the Monegasque royals looked happy at a Red Cross fundraising picnic on Saturday.
Albert tenderly put his arms around Charlene - elegant in a short summer dress - as they chatted to guests.
It's clear how much the Monegasque people have come to hold her in their affections.
The former Olympian looked delighted as she was presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers from one young admirer, before other guests gathered around to chat with the graceful blonde.
