As the Dutch royal tour of the Caribbean came to a close, Queen Maxima continued to bring smiles and cheer with her charming warm disposition. Instantly fitting in with her sunny surroundings Maxima enthusiastically met well-wishers and royal supporters across the Dutch Caribbean islands of Aruba, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire and Sint Eustatius. On Wednesday the mother-of-three stepped out in a chic coral dress and a beige hat as she and her husband were met with a welcome ceremony at the L.G. Smith boulevard in Aruba.

Beaming and waving to the crowd Maxima and her husband King Willem-Alexander arrived at the royal couple's final stop on the nine-day tour. Earlier in the week the 42-year-old wowed royal fans at a Festival Village in Philipsburg, where she let her blonde hair down in loose curls and sported a strapless silk dress. The royal couple began their tour in Sint Marteen last week and were met by hordes of people who gathered bearing orange flags.

Maxima, 42, looked particularly touched by the warm welcome, as she was presented with a beautiful bouquet and tenderly touched the cheek of one child. Fashionable Maxima was the picture of elegance in a pastel-coloured dress that fell just above the knee. The mother-of-three protected her face from the blazing sun with a peach, wide-brimmed hat and wore a matching shawl to complete her graceful look.
