The Swedish King and Queen arrive for the celebrations of the King's 40th jubilee in September
King Carl and Queen Silvia were later spotted making the most of their stay in the Big Apple, shopping in Bloomingdale’s and Gracious Home.
On Sunday, the royal couple were seen out and about with their son-in-law, American banker Chris, who was looking proud and happy to be a new father.
The trio enjoyed a celebratory lunch – leaving new mum Madeleine and baby at home – at swanky restaurant Amaranth on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

The name of Princess Madeleine and Chris's baby daughter and her title will be announced after King Carl Gustaf meets the cabinet.
Madeleine's parents shared their congratulations with their daughter as soon as the happy news broke.
"We know today both happiness and warm thanks," said King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia on Friday. "Our joy is great. We wish now that Princess Madeleine and Christopher get peace and quiet and can take advantage of this unique time with her little daughter."
The happy news was also celebrated with the firing of a 21-gun salute in Stockholm as well as other locations across Sweden such as Boden, Harnosand, Karlskrona and Gothenburg.
