Prince George receives his first marriage proposal from young fan
16 APRIL 2014Prince George has many admirers but on his last day in New Zealand the young royal received his first marriage proposal.
As the eight-month-old left Wellington, New Zealand, a young fan used a cute T-shirt to show the Prince her intentions.
Ruby Cate Blitz’s T-shirt read "Marry Me George" and the little toddler grinned happily as she held tight to a British flag.

Unfortunately the young royal wasn't at the event in Wellington, New Zealand to give Ruby an answer but Prince William has already spoken of how his young son has yet to speak his first words yet, so we think it’s safe to assume the young girl wouldn't have received the answer she was looking for.
However Prince William did meet the 11-month-old and as he chatted to the young girl’s family he told them that she was beautiful.
The Duchess of Cambridge, nee Kate Middleton, was then called over to meet the toddler as well, and her parents told the New Zealand Herald afterwards that Ruby was "just fizzing".
It was an amusing end to a wonderful first half of the family’s royal tour.

"My mother's deep affection for Australia – which you were so kind to reciprocate – needs no reminder," said William, 31.

He went on to add: "There cannot be a more impressive place than the iconic Sydney Opera House to begin our first visit together to Australia. This visit to Australia has been one that Catherine and I have been looking forward to for a long time.
"Australia and Australians have always been for us a beacon of confidence, creativity in the arts and sporting ability."
He concluded: "We really look forward to our time here together as a family."
