Wearing an aquamarine sleeveless frock, the brunette emphasised her waist with a belt to meet the medical team, and smiled as she worked her way through the building. "It's wonderful to come back and see the new Unit, and the fantastic work the RNOH Charity has done," she told the audience, while at the podium with hardworking members of staff behind her in their blue scrubs.

The RNOH in Stanmore will remain the UK’s leading orthopaedic hospital, “further enhancing its international profile for outstanding patient care, research and education,” according to their website. Before Britain’s Mother’s Day on Sunday, Eugenie attended the Gavel & Grand Benefit Auction at the Big Apple’s upmarket Bowery Hotel with her mother Sarah, Duchess of York.

While Eugenie was only meant to stay for a three-month placement, the granddaughter of the Queen landed a permanent role at Christmas after impressing her bosses.

The event helped raise funds for several charities and also gave Eugenie a chance to introduce her mum to her world of work. Attending the charity bash were several of Eugenie’s colleagues from online auction house Paddle8, where she has been working as a benefit auctions manager since moving Stateside last summer.
