When he's not playing for French football team Paris St. Germain, it looks like David Beckham will be putting his feet up in absolute luxury in the best room in Paris.
While the sporting legend will not be receiving his six-figure salary for the duration of his five-month contract, which he decided to donate to a Parisian children's charity, he is enjoying the French high life all the same.
A stone's throw from the Elysee Palace in the heart of the French capital, David's new pad is the Imperial Suite at the five-star Le Bristol hotel on the fashionable Faubourg Saint-Honore.

The stunning suite is the largest the hotel has to offer, complete with numerous bedrooms, a dining area and sitting room, along with the master bedroom which contains its own living room, a large dressing room and panoramic views of the city.
Housing up to twelve guests, with a cost of £15,000 per night, Victoria and the couple's four children, Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, ten, Cruz, seven, and 17-month-old Harper, will be in a home from home when they make the short trip across the channel to be with the football star.
And they might not want to leave the unique setting in the heart of Paris' fashion and arts district. Their beautiful suite, with furniture from 18th-century-inspired maker Taillardat and upholstery by Parisian firm Manuel Canovas, is decorated with antique paintings and prints and includes three bathrooms made of pink Aurora marble.
The culinary highlight will surely be Eric Frechon, the elegant hotel's resident chef who has three Michelin stars.
The Beckham clan can also take advantage of the cuisine provided by Eric Frechon, the hotel's resident chef. His Epicure restaurant, which offers views across the hotel's French-style garden has been awarded three Michelin stars.
Fashion designer Victoria will also be in her element in the couture capital, with the wonderful Parisian boutiques of Chanel, Hermes and Balenciaga, which line the quaint streets of Rue St Honore and Rue Faubourg St Honore, at her fingertips.
David is not the first famous face to grace Le Bristol. The hotel's clientele has included Rita Hayworth, Charlie Chaplin, Mick Jagger, Princess Grace of Monaco.
