One of the most beautiful places in the world has seen even more beauty on its shores over the past few days. The Maldives played host to a range of stunning celebrities including Nicole Scherzinger, Naomie Harris and Jodie Kidd.
The hot trio were joined by other famous faces such as fashion designer Melissa Odabash, TV presenter Ben Fogle and the second person to ever walk on the moon, Buzz Aldrin, as luxury chic resort Soneva Fushi, found on one of the islets in the middle of the Indian Ocean, celebrated its 20-year anniversary with a star-studded party.
The eclectic group experienced more than white sand beaches, a breathtaking turquoise lagoon and lush tropical gardens on the Maldives island.
Ben told tales of his travel adventures, while everyone got a glimpse of the moon through a telescope – accompanied by the experience of a man who had been there.
Naturally, Nicole shared the fun with her fans on Instagram. The former X Factor judge posted a snap of her villa, which is one of 55, alongside the caption: "#Maldives I'm in #heaven ! This villa and view is #everything! So #thankful and #blessed @sonevagroup @SonevaFushi #bestofthebest #nofilter in this beech!!!"
As well as relaxing poolside at her luxury villa, the singer also let her hair down, jumping from the edge of the swimming pool before spinning mid-air and making a splash. She then posted the video in reverse on social media.
And the 37-year-old showed us how a beach selfie is really taken, holding her selfie stick in the air to capture her curvy figure from above. "I 💛 you 😘 #beachlife #Maldives Whaaa workin the #selfiestick," wrote the beauty.
Bond Girl Naomie Harris, meanwhile, shared snaps of herself with her brother, who joined her for the celebrations along with the pair’s mum, as well as a beach shot with Nicole and another of herself the picture of chic at the "eco Paradise".
The three beauties were the picture of beach chic in a snap posted by Jodie. The model also shared a picture of the breathtaking Indian Ocean, writing: "There is so much beauty in the world".
