The 6,630-square-foot home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, located on a one acre estate. It was originally built in 1956 and offered privacy for its previous celebrity owners as it is located behind gates with a spacious landscaped back garden.

Other benefits of the huge property include a swimming pool with spa, basketball court (ideal for LA Lakers star Nick to do some training), and an outdoor kitchen – not to mention a separate guest house. Easily accessible from the main house, the guest house has two bathrooms and a full kitchen, making it the ideal spot for any visitors to stay. There would have been plenty of space for Iggy and Nick, or previous owner Selena to entertain friends and family. As well as a small dining table in the living room, there is a separate dining room and further al fresco seating next to the special outdoor kitchen in the garden.

The former couple also had a large office on the ground floor of their home. The room is decorated in the same dark grey colour as the dining room, with an ornate candelabra hanging at the centre of the room, and an open log fireplace situated opposite the desk.
