Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey, British rock star David Bowie, fashion designer Giorgio Armani and pop singers Eros Ramazzotti and Sade were amoing the 120 guests to attend the swanky bash on Lake Zurich.
The singer, 73, and her German record executive beau, 57, have been a couple for 27 years after meeting at an EMI Record Label party in 1985.
They are said to have officially tied the knot in a discreet Buddhist ceremony earlier this month at Tina's estate in Kuesnacht.
Swiss media reported that the estate, called the Chateau Algonquin, was decorated with around 70,000 red and yellow roses from Holland.
The 120 wedding guests poured water over the couple's hands in a traditional Buddhist water blessing ritual.
Tina requested that female attendees wore white and beige, while the men sported traditional black tuxedos. Tina is said to have worn a custom-made Giorgio Armani gown.
Reporters and well-wishers were kept at a distance from the property, with police even establishing an exclusion zone at the lake to prevent onlookers congregating on boats.
This isn't Tina's first wedding – the soul legend divorced her first husband, Ike Turner, in the late 1970s after years of reported domestic violence.
The eight-time Grammy Award winner has lived in the Alpine nation since the mid-1990s
