Sofia Vergara and her fiancé Joe Manganiello have chosen the date for their wedding. The Hot Pursuit actress confirmed this week that the couple have locked down a day for their nuptials, and revealed that it's going to be a big celebration, with lots of people attending."Yeah we have a date," Sofia, 42, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show. "It was kind of difficult because we're both working, and you never know what's going to come in our work. But we had to stick to it because it was impossible to book a place with short notice."

The Modern Family star didn't reveal the wedding date, but she did admit the celebration was going to be "large"."I had to invite like all my family and Joe has a lot of friends, so it became bigger and bigger and bigger," Sofia said.Sofia and Joe have enjoyed a whirlwind romance and couldn't be happier together. They started dating in July last year, around two months after her split from former fiancé Nick Loeb, and announced their engagement in December.Sofia confirmed she has been living with the Magic Mike star "since, I would say, November". Co-habiting has been great, she said – almost suspiciously so."He is very easy to live with. I mean we have no problems," the actress said. "I cannot believe it. I always tell him, 'This is very suspicious!"

Wedding planning will come as a welcome distraction for Sofia, who has been embroiled in a battle with her ex Nick over embryos they created while they were still together.The actress recently broke her silence on Nick's fight to use the embryos and become a single parent, stating that his lawsuit "makes no sense".A child "needs a loving relationship of parents that get along, that don't hate each other," Sofia said during an interview with Howard Stern on Monday. "I don't hate him but obviously he has a problem. A kid needs parents. I wouldn't want to bring kids to the world where it's already set against them. It would be so selfish."
