Prince William: Wedding is a 'daunting prospect'

Friday April 1, 2011

With such a highly-anticipated, worldwide event, it's understandable that nerves will play a part.

And as his nuptials to Kate Middleton get closer, Prince William has opened up about his wedding jitters and last minute preparations.

Having admitted that "the whole thing" is giving him sleepless nights, he told the BBC: "I did a rehearsal the other day and my knees started tapping nervously.

"It's a daunting prospect and very exciting but there's a lot of planning still to be done in the last four weeks."

Despite refusing to offer details of the stag do that his brother, Prince Harry, recently organised, he said his sibling did credit him with pulling it off like a "military operation".
