Thursday February 2, 2012

The bitter feud that has been going on in Gordon Ramsay’s family and business empire has reached a reported £2 million truce.

The celebrity chef hired a private investigator to look into his father-in-law’s affairs discovering “his away days were rarely what I thought they were”.

In 2010, Gordon publsihed an open letter to his mother-in-law stating: "Removing my father-in-law, from my business has been the hardest and most important decision in my entire life.

"His manipulation and controlling of so many lives has finally come to an end."

Gordon’s wife Tana ended contact with her parents when she found out her father had kept a secret from her family for over 30 years.

The Michelin-starred chef’s publicist said: "Gordon Ramsay and Gordon Ramsay Holdings have reached a settlement with Chris Hutcheson and other members of the Hutcheson family.

"The terms of the settlement are confidential but we can confirm that Chris Hutcheson is no longer a director or shareholder of Gordon Ramsay Holdings and all civil litigation and employment tribunal claims brought by each of the two parties and other family members have been withdrawn.”
