Russell Crowe and Liam Neeson are reportedly being courted by Darren Aronofsky for his biblical epic Noah.
The actors are set to star alongside each other once more, after appearing together in 2010 movie The Next Three Days.
Black Swan director Darren, is to tell the tale of Noah's Ark on the big screen and wants Gladiator star Russell to play the title role, Deadline reports.
The filmmaker is also said to want Liam for another unknown role.
The only other major character known to be in this new version of the Bible story, which has already been published as a graphic novel, is the villain of the film.
Noah is expected to begin filming this summer for release next year.
