Pixie Lott launched her new single Caravan of Love during her appearance on Saturday night’s The X Factor.
Her take on the iconic 1986 number one will be released as a Christmas single and feature on her new album Platinum Pixie.
The 23-year-old singer-songwriter announced that 20p from each single will go to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in partnership with Matalan’s Alphabet Scarves Campaign.
Pixie commented "I am really honoured to be involved with, and supporting, Alder Hey’s Alphabet Scarves campaign. It’s a fantastic initiative and will raise much needed funds for the children’s hospital."
She joins an impressive list of celebrities including Britney Spears, Wayne Rooney, Jessie J and Sarah Jessica Parker in supporting Matalan’s Christmas charity campaign.
The appliqué scarves are available in a variety of colours and are on sale in Matalan stores across the UK and online at www.Matalan.co.uk, priced at £10 and £5 for children, with 100% of profits going directly to Alder Hey.
