Pixie Lott has revealed that she will be donating proceeds from her new charity single, a cover of hit song Caravan of Love, to Alder Hey Children's Hospital Charity, as part of Matalan's fundraising efforts.
The cause is close to the 23-year-old's heart, as her brother Stephen suffered from Perthes' Disease, a rare childhood illness which causes the thigh bone to soften and break down.
Stephen went on to undergo specialist surgery, and has since been able to live a normal life, as well as often joining his popstar sister in raising money for the cause.
"They said he could have been in a wheelchair for the rest of his life," the singer told MailOnline. "But he ran a marathon last year."
Matalan have created a range of Alphabet Scarves, spotted on celebrities including Britney Spears, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kylie Minogue, with 100 per cent of the profits being donated to the charity.
Pixie's cover of Caravan of Love features in the high street giant's new advertisements, and is available now.
