Kate Moss' pal Davinia loses custody of her little boy

Wednesday September 8, 2010

Davinia Taylor, one of Kate Moss' closest pals, has lost custody of her three-year-old son following the breakdown of her marriage.

The 32-year-old millionairess – a member of the Primrose Hill set and a former Hollyoaks actress – divorced David Gardner in the summer.

And according to the Daily Mail, her football agent ex, who is David Beckham's best friend, has been granted custody of the couple's child Grey.

The couple married in 2003 at a lavish £875,000 ceremony attended by the football star - acting as best man - and his wife Victoria.

Davinia's father, who has a £200 million fortune, presented the newlyweds with a £2 million cheque as a wedding gift.

But seven years later, their marriage was over - the 32-year-old socialite's "unreasonable behaviour" cited as the grounds for the divorce.

David, who is godfather to the Beckhams' eldest son Brooklyn, was reportedly awarded a settlement in the region of £1 million.

He is now said to be in a relationship with Stephanie Dorrance – the ex-wife of Campbell's soup heir John Dorrance IV.
