Gavin & Stacey star James Corden has admitted he wasn't the world's best student.
"Truth is I hated going to school, I’d play sickies whenever I could."
"One day I actually got rumbled by my mum making my own sick in a soda stream bottle out of Branston pickle and tomato ketchup," he reveals.
But the Bafta winner has changed his tune of late, and is now using his rising fame to help get 72 million children into school.
With just one month until the World Cup, James is working with Save the Children and asking the British public to don their favourite footie tops in support of 1GOAL - a campaign to get millions of children into school around the world.
"A child born to a mother who has the ability to read stands a 50% better chance of surviving, so by taking two seconds to sign up, you can make a difference in your own way," says James.
"It’s that straight forward, sign up today and you can make a real difference."
