In an interview prior to the announcement of her separation from her current husband Bruce Jenner, Kris Jenner said that: "The one regret, if I had to do it over, would be divorcing Robert Kardashian", referring to her first husband.
The 57-year-old was married to Robert Kardashian from 1978 until 1991 and had together they had four children; Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob, who all star in the family reality TV show Keeping up with the Kardashians.
A month after her divorce from her first husband was finalised Kris married Olympic gold medal winner Bruce Jenner and they have two daughters Kendall and Kylie together.
On Tuesday the couple released a statement confirming their separation:
"We are living separately and we are much happier this way. We will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
