Katie Price has pulled out of this year's London Marathon, telling fans she has been advised not to run by doctors.
The 31-year-old, who started a gruelling training regime two weeks ago, posted the news on her website.
Having not specified the reason for her decision, Katie has fuelled further speculation that she is in the early stages of pregnancy.
She and new husband Alex have announced they are currently trying for a baby, which would be Katie's fourth child.
"It is with great regret that I'm going to have to pull out of this year's Virgin London Marathon," the message says.
"Training has been going really well, and I was really looking forward to running again this year to raise as much money as possible for Vision, but I have been advised by doctors I should not compete this year."
