EastEnders bosses deny Bradley Branning suicide

Monday January 18, 2010

Despite reports that Bradley Branning will be leaving Albert Square by throwing himself off a building, it seems his exit will be far less dramatic.

BBC bosses are currently keeping the storyline under wraps, but have said Bradley will definitely not be committing suicide.

An apparent insider on the soap revealed this weekend that Bradley would be jumping off a building next month after being named a suspect of Archie Mitchell's murder.

But an EastEnders spokesperson says: "We will not comment on Bradley's exit storyline other than to say he does not commit suicide."

Charlie Clements, who has played the flame-haired teen since 2006, was promised a dramatic send-off when he announced his departure from the show.

The funeral of Bradley has already been filmed.
