Stacy Keibler reveals key to fitness during pregnancy

Stacy Keibler has revealed how she is keeping fit during her pregnancy.

After being photographed jogging in LA all throughout the spring, the sporty mum-to-be shared a photo on her Instagram which showed her doing a Pilates routine with her personal trainer.

"Stretching your obliques is key during pregnancy. I devote at least 15 minutes each day to stretching! #fitpregnancy #pregnancytip," was the caption accompanying the photo.

On Wednesday the former professional wrestler's Pilates instructor shared her fitness motive with People Magazine.

"She wants to be as healthy and as strong as possible for her baby," she said. "The focus is on keeping her body strengthened and also keeping her body aligned", she added.

The 34-year-old is expecting her first child with tech entrepreneur husband Jared Pobre this summer.
