Christopher Nolan shows bosses first cut of 'Batman'

Thursday March 22, 2012

Director Christopher Nolan has reportedly screened his first cut of highly-anticipated Batman film The Dark Knight Rises for movie bosses approval.

The film is not due for release until July 20, 2012, so Christopher has allowed himself plenty of time to "fine tune" the movie as the Warner Bros executives see fit.

Insiders say the Inception director has been spending a lot of time at the production company's headquarters during the past few days, following a month of shoot and editing on the action thriller.

The first trailer for the movie was released in December. But fans took to the internet to complain they couldn't understand what new Batman villain Bane played by Tom Hardy, was saying.

Bane's super-power comes from a drug that he continuously inhales. The trailer shows him wearing a mask that covers his nose and mouth, muffling his speech.
But it was reported Christopher only planned to make slight alterations to the character's speech as he wanted to work his audience hard.
