The supermodel, who is marrying rock star boyfriend Jamie Hince next month, famously wore a pair of Hunter wellies at the muddy festival in 2005.
She polled a quarter of the votes in the Lovebox Festival poll, putting her narrowly ahead of rock legend Jimi Hendrix.
The flamboyant guitarist got 20% of the votes for the white tasselled shirt he wore at Woodstock in 1969.
