This year's game celebrated ties with Mexico, and with a growing thunderstorm overhead, the British and Mexican teams took to the pitch.
With guests braving the British weather pitchside to watch a thrilling match, the Mexicans emerged triumphant with a 3 – 2 victory.
The official British Polo Day Great Britain Prizegiving marked the end of the day, and amongst others, saw The Royal Salute 'Most Valuable Player' being presented to JJ de Alba, while The Harrods ‘Luck of the Draw’ went to HELLO! Magazine’s Juliet Herd.
Hugo, who co-owns Taylor Morris Eyewear, later shared pictures on Instagram of his fun day out, including one of revelers enjoying an evening DJ set on the Rosebery.
