Her bandmate Betsy-Blue English tweeted Parisa, revealing: "We all love you Sophia Tarjomani you are forever in our hearts. Thank you for teaching us so much and we will continue to make u proud! BB", while Charlie, who has been a friend of the family for 12 years posted a longer note to their fans, and Sophia.
"It was the most devastating news to receive especially considering this woman was the driving force to my success and achievements throughout my life. There will not be a day for as long as I live where I don't want to make you proud whether you're here to physically see it or not", he wrote.
Sophia was diagnosed with lung cancer over a year ago but continued to support her daughter through a specially-created Twitter account called @Mummy_OTP.
