Just like old times, former Beatles artists Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr reunited on the stage at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night.
The unconfirmed, however hoped for performance from Paul and Ringo resulted in standing ovation as they wrapped up their performance of Queenie Eye hand-in-hand at the 56th annual Grammy Awards.
The superstars sat together with their wives in the audience, and as they hit the stage, their other halves danced along with John Lennon’s widow, Yoko Ono.
Earlier in the night, Sir Paul won Best Rock Song with Cut Me Some Slack in a collaboration with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and his guitarist Pat Smear, as well as former Nivana band member Krist Novoselic.
The Beatles members were also presented with Recording Academy Lifetime Achievment Award by Julia Roberts.
