Rosie scorches at 'Transformers' premiere

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has revealed she loved getting stuck into the stunts in the new Transformers movie.

The 24-year-old British Burberry model makes her big screen acting debut as Carly Miller in Transformers: Dark Of The Moon.

Rosie and director Michael Bay introduced the 3D action movie at a special fan screening at the BFI IMAX in London. The model, recently voted FHM's 'Sexiest Woman In the World 2011', stunned in a navy Burberry gown.

Speaking about the action, Rosie said: "That for me was the funnest part of filming and the most exciting.

"To go up on wires and to shoot through explosions and driving fast cars, and have four cars explode behind you, was really very exciting and it was when I felt most present as an actress and I had a lot of fun doing that stuff."

Shia LaBeouf returns as Sam Witwicky in the second Transformers sequel, who finds a new love interest in Carly, as he tries to move on from girlfriend Mikaela, played by Megan Fox in the first two films.

Bay revealed when he offered Rosie the role, she thought he was joking.

The director said: "Well I love discovering people and out of 500 women around the world there was something about her. I saw her on a 'Victoria's Secret' commercial.

"When I was talking to her and I said 'would you ever want to get into movies' and she said 'I'd love to' so I wrote her an email. I said this could be a life-changing thing, these emails don't really happen much in life and would you be interested in auditioning for me and she thought I was joking. And she freaked out.

"But she did a really good job. She comes off as really sincere. She's got a lot of natural talent."
