Jamie Cullum has played a moving tribute to Amy Winehouse during a London gig.

The intimate concert saw the jazz singer perform a rendition of Love Is A Losing Game in memory of the star, alongside a number of other tunes requested via fans on Twitter.

Before singing the song, Jamie said: "She had an incredible voice and personality. We will miss her immensely."

The gig, performed in Soho's Pizza Express, launched The Big Audition campaign, which has been set up to give an unknown act a break into the industry.

Other songs on the set list included Barbra Streisand's Not While I'm Around, which was dedicated to his four-month-old daughter Lyra.

The singer got up to some playful antics, singing while standing on chairs and even changing on stage while he confessed: "You see, I have dinner with my wife (writer and model Sophie Dahl) afterwards."

Jamie later made a speedy exit, cheekily leaving the concert during the finale out the back door.
