Elizabeth – who had three able assistants in husband Arun Nayar, brother Michael and her seven-year-old son Damian – has had the stand at the local farmers' market since February.
"We love being part of this market - there's nothing like a farmers' market to buy produce from," she said.
Such is her enthusiasm for country life, the 44-year-old recently gave an interview explaining that she found it "sexier" than the city.
"Take the builders for example. The lot who recently did my stable conversion were so gorgeous that friends from London used to travel down just to flirt with them," she said, also revealing her own penchant for a certain royal neighbour.
