That much was apparent when the recently-turned 22-year-old model returned to university to sit the first of her end of year exams – three days after making a glamorous appearance in Cannes.
Seemingly as at ease talking to the stars as she is her studious peers, Lily made the effortless transition after being photographed at a Dior party in a glittering gold mini dress.
Back on British soil, the flame-haired beauty went for a less conspicuous look as she arrived for the test, dressing down in a long cardigan, scarf and thick socks.
The exam seemingly went well for the Torquay-born beauty, who is reading history of art at the prestigious establishment.
Afterwards, she was in high spirits as she laughed and chatted with some of her university friends before they all headed off together.
A combination of brains and beauty, Lily is adept at juggling her jet-set lifestyle and her studies.
Last year - her first as a student - she managed to achieve top marks in her exams despite attending Cannes to promote her film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
Acting is a sphere Lily is interesting in pursuing further. Speaking earlier this year, she revealed her plans to quit her modelling career to focus on her Hollywood ambitions.
And she was recently cast in Marilyn Manson's upcoming fantasy film Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, in which she stars as the protagonist Alice.
