Sienna Miller’s family have confirmed that the actress and her boyfriend Tom Sturridge are expecting a baby together – and they are thrilled with the news. “She is doing really well and we are all really happy about it, Tom is an amazing guy,” her sister Savannah told Vogue. However, the 30-year-old's step-mother Kelly Hoppen has denied any speculation that Tom, 25, has popped the question. "Sienna is definitely not engaged or getting married, and she is pregnant," she told the Evening Standard.

Rumours have been circulating for weeks that the Alfie star was expecting. And she is bound to be delighted, having previously expressed her desire to have children. ”I really want bubbies — I always have,” she said a few years ago. ”I mean, I’m nearly 27 and you have to think about these things, don’t you?” Referring to her sister who has two children with husband Nick Scanner, she added: “And Sav proves you can work and be a mum. It still scares me, though.” Despite feeling nerves, the blonde beauty has plenty of experience. She became a mother figure to Jude Law’s three children from Sadie Frost during their relationship and has no doubt got in some practice with Savannah’s two little ones. Sienna and Tom met when they were appearing in separate plays in London; he in Simon Stephen’s Wastwater and she in Terence Rattigan’s Flare Path.

Tom is best known for his role in brit flick The Boat That Rocked. Since filming On The Road in 2010, he has been taking a break from the acting world. It is thought that the pair have been dating for less than a year. Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that the successful sister design duo are stepping down as co-creative directors of fashion label Twenty8Twelve. The staff at the Westbourne Grove branch of the label revealed that the actress had left in order "to concentrate on the baby". However, Savannah denied that the pair's decision to leave was due to family issues. Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "Just for the record we didn't step down at twenty8twelve because of our babies…"
