New mum Kim Kardashian has slimmed down after giving birth to baby daughter North West four weeks ago.
"Kim looks amazing, she really does," an onlooker said. "She's dropped a lot of the baby weight already. She looked slim and was glowing."
The reality TV star was spotted in Southern California recently and was said to have kept a low profile by being driven around in an inconspicuous car with a helper.
"As for the baby, Kim and her helper kept a blanket over North's car seat so nobody could catch a glimpse," the source told RadarOnline.com.
Kim has not been seen in public since she welcomed North, known as Nori to her mum and dad Kanye West, into the world.
Some fans were fooled into thinking that they might catch the first glimpse of baby North on her grandmother Kris Jenner's new chat show on Monday afternoon.
Kim's mum and manager shared a photo on Facebook and Twitter which teased fans into thinking that Kim might make a guest appearance.
The mum-of-six's snap showed her on set holding a baby with the caption, "You never know who will stop by our show today!"
But fans were left disappointed when it was revealed that the snap was a hoax. Instead of baby North, viewers were treated to appearances from Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.
It's not to say that the newborn won't be making any appearances at all on her grandmother's new show. There are still five episodes to go in which Kim might introduce her to the world.
"I think you're just going to have to wait and see and tune in because I am not sure if that is going to happen," said Kris to host Matt Lauer on The Today Show last week, when asked if North would appear on her grandmother's talk show.
"I won't tell you it won't happen," said the Kardashian family matriarch, laughing and holding her ground. "Give you a little something to think about. You never know who is going to show up."
Just a week after giving birth to her daughter in LA, it was reported that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was already planning to get her pre-pregnancy figure back.
"She's already looking ahead to when she can exercise again," a source told US Weekly.
"She really wants to get back into shape. It's important to her."
Just before giving birth , Kim hinted at her desire to regain her pre-pregnancy figure, posting a bikini snap on Instagram with the caption, "Can't wait to go back".
During her pregnancy, Kim worked closely with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. But she is said to be considering hiring Gunnar Peterson for some extra help. Gunnar is the man behind Khloe Kardashian's recent 25lb weight loss.
