Prior to the event new mum Kim Kardashian tweeted an Instagram collage of what visitors could expect.
The reality TV star shared a photo of the promotional poster, some of the items for sale and charity collection boxes with the caption, "We are having a yard sale today for charity!"
Kim was joined by her famous sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, mum Kris Jenner, stepfather Bruce Jenner and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner for the event which took place in a rented car park around 10 miles from the Calabasas family home.
The famous relatives were casual with Kim and Kris both in jeans and boots.
They sold a range of items including books, soft furnishings, pictures, paintings and baby accessories in the outdoor sale.
Kourtney posted a close-up photo of her and younger sibling Kylie on her Instagram page. "Me and Kylie selling some things... #yardsale #foragoodcause," she wrote in the caption.
The clear-out was in aid of the Greater Los Angeles Fisher House Foundation and No Kid Hungry campaign which aims to end child hunger in the US.
Kendall Jenner couldn't resist posing for a photo against the backdrop of jumble sale.
The budding model wore high-waisted skinny jeans and a form-fitting black top for the occasion.
Cameras for the family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians were present to capture the highlights from the day.
Despite Kris and Bruce Jenner's recent split the family all seem to be on good terms and were seen enjoying one another's company as they sold their wares to the public.
While the rest of the family posted for photos and kept their fans updated via social media, Kourtney's other half Scott Disick went incognito for the sale.
The entrepreneur, whose mother died at the end of October, dressed up as an old man with a grey beard and used a zimmer frame to roam the tables of goods for sale.
Kourtney shared a photo of Scott in his fancy dress with the affectionate caption, "Can't wait to grow old with this face."
