Wearing her hair in a low chignon, 30-year-old Pippa, the younger sister to the Duchess of Cambridge, looked smart and stylish as she attended the annual awards show to hand out the Innovator of the Year award.
She accessorised her outfit with a box clutch and strappy sandals.
Also at the GQ Awards were Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West, who made their first appearance in London since their lavish wedding.
In keeping with her daring style, the queen of reality TV had poured her million-dollar curves into an Atsuko Kudo latex bodysuit teamed with a transparent gunmetal couture skirt by Ralph & Russo.
Ellie Goulding and McBusted star Dougie Poynter were also in attendance and couldn't stop smiling as they made their first red carpet appearance as a couple.
Pippa recently returned from the Race Across America, a gruelling 3,000-mile charity cycle relay – and spoke to HELLO! about the "incredible experience."
"It was an incredible experience and one of the toughest things I've ever done, physically and mentally," she told the magazine on her return to England after crossing the finishing line in Anapolis, Maryland. "The mixture of relief, exhilaration and exhaustion at the end was something else."
It was also recently revealed that Pippa hopes to add to the tens of thousands she raised during her cycle across America by selling the bike she rode on the gruelling trip.
The fitness enthusiast, who is the ambassador for The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has signed her bespoke Dassi cycle, which is worth £2,500.
