Tom kissed and hugged his proud wife, who was wearing a checked shirt and jeans in the team's colours of red, white and blue. The family were in high spirits as they celebrated the win which saw Tom's team New England Patriots beat the Seattle Seahawks 28 to 24.

Tom was presented with the MVP award after the game at University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona. It was the third time Tom won the coveted award, and as he collected his prize the quarterback said: "We never doubted each other. That's what it took. That was a great football team we beat."
