There's no denying the strong bond Victoria Beckham shares with her eldest son Brooklyn. For the past few days the fashion designer has been flitting around New York to showcase her new collection, but in her latest Instagram post Victoria showed that family comes first.

"I love u X," the former Spice Girl wrote alongside a photo of the pair. The mother-son duo appeared to be sitting on a plane, bound for their hometown London.

While Victoria gave her trademark half smile to the camera, Brooklyn, who made his modelling debut last year, followed suit and pouted for the picture. The 16-year-old kept it casual, matching a silk shirt with a baseball cap and a gold chain.

Victoria touched down in New York over the weekend and has been keeping fans updated with her movements. The time difference and her hectic schedule look to have got the better of her, as she shared a picture sprawled on a sofa and captioned it: "Jet Lag how many presentations in one day?!?! X vb #VBPreAW16."

She continued to show her good humour, pretending to fall asleep standing while buttoned into one of her coats hanging on a rack. "Just hanging around #NYC x vb," Victoria wrote.

Meanwhile back in London, Victoria's husband David was enjoying an evening with the couple's youngest child and only daughter Harper. Little Harper, who turned four this year, wrapped up warm for a scoot around the park.

"Everyone loves a sunset but have you ever seen a cuter view than this one... Loving London ❤☀," doting dad David wrote.
