She reveals that exactly a year to the date, her husband Josh Kelley took a photo of the then-pregnant star, so she could reminisce on how heavily pregnant she was at the time.

"Joshua Jr has been in the breech position for over a month and had still not moved an inch a week before his due date so I made the descion to have a caesarean and was incredibly nervous and a little scared this time last year" she explained. The 27 Dresses star shared that she had never been hospitalised before, nor had encountered any kind of surgery previously so had "no idea" what to expect.

The wife of Josh Kelley spoke of the struggle she faced whilst giving birth, particularly as her son didn't start breathing, and the doctors had to work rapidly to ensure he had oxygen and help give his tiny lungs a kick start.

"My doctor struggled to get him out because he was really wedged in there and not quite ready to leave the womb". She continues that her husband was standing with the doctors when her new-born son finally took "his first breath"
