The 74-year-old, who has a close working relationship with Kate, looked on as the British beauty snapped away at the Claridges soiree, which attracted famous faces and royalty.

Other guests joinging Kate, 38, and her husband Jamie Hince included Holly Valance and her billionaire fiancé Nick Candy, Geri Halliwell, Yasmin Le Bon, Meg Matthews and Tamara Beckwith.The Duchess of York and Princess Beatrice also attended, with Sarah opting for a floor-length black gown while her daughter chose a long red dress with a thigh-high split.VIP partygoers were treated to a lavish dinner, charity auction and a set by Rolling Stone guitarist Ronnie Wood, who was joined by his girlfriend Sally Humphreys.
