Kim Kardashian makes 'double trouble' with her engagement ring designer Lorraine Schwartz

Weddings plans may be in the air, as Kim Kardashian has shared pictures of herself with esteemed jeweller Lorraine Schwartz, the woman behind the 15-carat sparkler designed by Kanye West for his grand romantic proposal on Kim's birthday last October.The pair spent Tuesday together, when reality TV star Kim shared the snaps on Instagram alongside the caption, "Double trouble @lorraineschwartz".Kim's favourite jewellery designer and close friend – who has also designed engagement rings for stars such as Beyonce and Blake Lively – has played a key role in Kim's engagement to rapper Kanye, so Kim lay well have been discussing wedding plans with her confidante.

Lorraine was in close contact with Kanye throughout the secret design process, as they worked together to create a ring that Kim would love.

And apparently the finished product is absolutely "perfect", according to Lorraine’s representative. "The ring is flawless. Not just internally flawless, it's flawless. It's a D-stone, the best diamond there is, type 2A," they said, adding, "It's a perfect cushion cut diamond."

This isn't the first time that Lorraine has helped when it comes to designing dazzling rings for Kim. She also designed the 33-year-old's engagement and wedding rings for her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011.The basketball star opted for a 20-carat diamond ring with an emerald-cut diamond centre stone and two 1.8 carat side diamonds. The ring, which was chosen alongside Kardashian matriach Kris Jenner, was at the time worth a reported $2million.
