Last year desserts were adorned with flecks of 23-carat edible gold and yet again the theme of the Golden Globes show-stopping finale is, once again, suitably dazzling. The trio of treats includes a Cappuccino Mousse Dome topped with a gold spiral, orange sanguine and an irresistable chocolate salted caramel.Of course it wouldn't be a proper Hollywood celebration without a pop of bubbly and this year it's the 2004 Grand Vintage Moet et Chandon champagne which has been chosen by Executive Chef Suki Sugiura to adorn the tables – which are to be covered in red rose arrangements designed by celebrity florist Mark Held.
