Ingredients (Makes approximately 24)
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 125g/41⁄2oz cream cheese
- 1 x 90g bag ready prepared rocket salad
- 8 slices cooked roast beef
- Baxters Caramelised Onion & Orange
- Chutney to serve
Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packet. Spread the cream cheese across the centre of each tortilla, arrange the rocket and the roast beef on top and then spoon over a dollop of chutney. Roll up each tortilla to enclose the filling and slice horizontally into pinwheels. Arrange on a platter to serve.
