Miranda Kerr documents South Korea trip on Instagram

Supermodel Miranda Kerr jetted to South Korea this week for a whirlwind tour and made sure to document her overseas trip on Instagram. The former Victoria's Secret angel posted regular pictures on the social networking site, allowing her 1.7million followers to keep up with her adventures. Miranda, married to handsome actor Orlando Bloom, arrived in Seoul at the beginning of the week and received a warm welcome from her Korean fans who showered the beautiful model with gifts and flowers.

The Australian beauty later took to Instagram to show her appreciation for her welcome to the country. "Thank you Korea for your warm welcome," the model said alongside an airport snap with her flowers. Miranda was visiting South Korea this week as she promotes Yves Saint Laurent Cosmetics. Along with her work commitments, Miranda made some time to soak up the Korean culture. One of the many Instagram snaps shows a picture of "Korean traditional embroidery," which Miranda captioned with an affectionate heart symbol.

The mum-of-one has also been embracing the breathtaking scenery during her morning jogs. Miranda, took to Instagram again as she posted a picture of her picturesque run. The model's visit comes as the beauty's cover of Vogue Korea is revealed. The model, who appears looking flawless in a red swimsuit on the cover, was praised for her work ethic by Vogue Korea, as they applauded her professionalism and humble attitude. During her visit, Miranda filmed guest slots on Korean shows SNL Korea and Gag Concert. The 30-year-model later showed off her pitching skills at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul, South Korea. She took part in the match, throwing the opening pitch at the KBO Championship between Doosan Bears and Nexen Heres. Miranda, who is used to wearing couture fashion on the runway, arrived looking stunning sporting a baseball cap, trainers and little make-up. The young mum appeared pleased with her pitch skills as later she took to her Instagram page to post a picture from the game, with the caption, "Me throwing the first ball at the baseball match for the Doosan bears." Miranda has become quite the jet-setter in recent months, as last month she jetted to New York for promotional duties as the face of Gillette Venus. As the model's time in Korea comes to an end, the model showed her appreciation for her time in the region, posting, "Thanks so much for my crown! See you soon Korea," on her Instagram page.
