Fans of Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie could barely contain their excitement when she turned out for the premiere of her new Lara Croft film, The Cradle Of Life, in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday.

And it seems that the feeling was mutual, as the 28-year-old went on an hour-long walkabout to meet the crowd. Looking stunning in a full-length Vera Wang gown, the Oscar-winner also spoke about her new home in Buckinghamshire.

"It's nice to get settled here but I am still waiting for my curtains and carpets to show up. It's been a while since I ordered them," she revealed. "When they arrive I may freak out the delivery men by dressing as Lara and kicking some butt!"

Angelina says that she wants to live in England full-time and is planning to send her adopted son to school here. "I can't wait to join in the parents' races at school sports day – I'm sure I could win a few," she declared.

And it seems the actress, who recently split from second husband Billy Bob Thornton, is already developing English tastes. "I've started to drink tea and I love English mustard," she said. "I even did some work in Cambodia recently and had some brought out to me."
