Accompanied by her sons Theodore, eight, and five-year-old Otis and carrying two-month-old new arrival Rex in her arms, Natascha McElhone made her first public appearance since losing her husband Dr Martin Kelly last May on Sunday.
Poignantly, her youngest son was born five months after his celebrated plastic surgeon father passed away following a suspected heart attack.
The Ronin actress was attending the London premiere of family adventure The Secret Of Moonacre, a fantasy about an orphan set in the 1940s, in which she stars.
After her husband's death Natascha revealed: "I have grabbed life by the throat and I am packing in as much as I can and trying to kept things fun for the boys."
And judging by their smiles, the actress has done a grand job, with the two older boys clearly enjoying the evening out with their famous mum.
Also sharing the screen adventure with their kids were Celebrity Big Brother contestant Mutya Buena, who took along her three-year-old daughter Tahlia, and Gail Porter, accompanied by her little girl Honey.
